Salem clinic was able to get me a new patient appointment with an actual doctor within 2 weeks! I had already waited 4 months to be seen at the WVFMC!
Also, doesnt hurt that my new doctor is smokin 🔥 hot!!!!
Friendly staff, helpful competent doctors and easy communication. I have been coming here most of my life and very few times have I encountered any issues, and any issues I had were all caused by one doctor who has now left the facility. They would not let me change doctors while with her so I left for a couple years. Eventually I came back to the practice and have had a great experience with the other doctors.
Our PCP retired and we were in need of a new doctor. We contacted Salem Clinic and they were most helpful. The person we spoke with was very friendly and went over a number of things and gave us an option of three doctors. We completed all the paperwork and hand carried it into the main clinic. The medical assistant took these and put us into the system. Our doctor selected, Dr. Sondermayer, is excellent. She had looked at our records and listened as we explained current and past issues. Simply put, Dr. Sondermayer is on top of our care and we are looking forward to working with her on our health care.
