Although the news I got from them wasn't good, I would recommend them. They've been in Salem forever. Or it seems like they have been. At least 35 years. My ex worked there when my now 34 yo daughter was a baby. So Salem Auto Body has been around for a while. Thanks to Nicole who cleared up a couple of things for me. It's good to know people. ?

Bad roads did some damage to the frame on the vehicle I tow, and they were able to get it repaired in a day. I'm impressed with the knowledge, and professionalism here, too. I'd like to say I'd come here again, but as it's a body repair shop, I hope I won't need to!

Amazing job and customer service! I brought my car in to fix a big dent on the side of my car, and I got such an amazing deal because I was paying out of pocket.
