Such a local gem! I'm always happy and impressed after a visit. Free gallery with diverse exhibits featuring interesting themes. The A.N. Bush rotates frequently enough that I'm never worried about being bored. The gift shop is well curated--I don't shop there often, but all of the items are cute and seem well made.
This building has an annex what we do poetry every Thursday. It's a beautiful location with lots of artwork on display and for sale. I I love this arts center it's in an ideal location in the middle of one of the city's most beautiful parks. It's a type of place that you can be proud of to have in your city.
It's hard to find fault in a free gallery. There were some really cool paintings and pottery on the first floor. The second had a student exhibit with a range of media.
It's not particularly big, but I liked that, I tend to get bored in larger galleries.
The staff was friendly and happy to talk about the exhibit.
