My friend scheduled a spa day for us the week before and the back facial I got was nice, but there was a scheduling mistake and I was not able to do a wax. The facility was a little messy and chaotic, and smelled heavily of products.

Booked an appointment over the phone. Arrived, they had my appointment for the wrong day. They squeezed me in. I wanted a full pedicure and manicure with full set. Pedicure only consisted of polishing my toes. No foot soak, scrub or massage. My manicure took almoat two hours and the acrylic nails didnt even last a week. I called the establishment for some support. Angel, who answered the phone was very rude and I heard her tell someone that the lady on the phone (me) was throwing a fit about her nails. I asked to speak to a manager becuase she being so rude. She told me she would get a manager but they would be just as rude to me as she was. Then she hung up on me. When I called back and asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one on shift.
Do better, you work with people.

Siena is so amazing and careful! My skin feels amazing and her massage is incredible :) her attention to detail is perfect. 10/10 reccomend!
