They respond to my emails in a timely manner. Nothing too big, they just get to the point for whatever request I make. Have been reasonable with their responses and helpful when I've had paperwork issues in the past.

Mitch was amazing! He was very open and honest with what was going on in my applications process. And he made it so much easier to understand what I needed and what I needed to submit!

I've been an Oregon LMT for over 18 years. I have had a frustrating experiences with the Board in the past, but today, I was totally blessed with the kindness and extreme helpfulness of Ekaette Udosenata-Harruna, Operations and Policy Analyst for the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists. Ekaette also helped me last year, by personally calling in response to my email questions. She is calm, kind, knowledgable and definitely goes the extra mile to solve problems.
