Kristen, the manager of the Optic department at the Liberty street location, is nothing short of amazing!! She took the time to listen to my needs, picked multiple pairs for me to try on, worked patiently with me while I debated between 2 pair, made adjustments to both of them so I could truly feel how each pair would be and did it all with a smile! She exemplifies what Customer Service should be! I will be a customer for life!!

Joe at Optic '49 took very good care of me when the frame broke on my readers. Joe was not able to repair or replace my Lindburg frames, so he got me another frame that fit my lens! No charge! Thank you so much Joe, your courtesy and professionalism are very much appreciated. I'll be seeing Dr Paluska soon, and you can be sure I'll get my next pair of frames from Optic '49. Again, Joe, you are a champion!

I am so impressed with the quality of lens put in my glasses. I see better and my nose doesn't hurt from the weight.A 5 star rating from reception, physician, optical shop and the Blonde woman in the optical shop is terrific.Thank you.
