Great experience all around, I highly recommend them. Good people, excellent service and very professional. If you are getting bids for work you need done make sure to get one from them!
Our heat pump quit working and we were only able to heat by utilizing auxillary heat, which was costing us a small fortune. Contacted Ben, the owner of Northwest Heating and AC. He did some preliminary checking and found we had a blown fuse. He said no charge and took care of us. Honest and upfront is the key here. We now have a trusted hvac company we can fully place our trust into. Thanks Ben and NW Heating AC!
My roommate has had 2 furnaces installed by Ben and steph and a ac last week they are honest efficient and are very reasonable would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation very very friendly
