Melton's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

I recently had my AC go down due to a worn out furnace fan. Melton's ordered the part right away and was very flexible to fit me in the next day when the part came in. I know they are busy this time of year but they went out of their way to get my unit running just in time for a visit with family from out of town. They saved the day! Great job Melton. and thanks to Brian, the technician, for fitting us into his busy schedule!

Yesterday I had an experience with Meltons Heating and Air (specifically Robert) that left me beyond impressed. In a regular maintaince appointment he took the time to explain how to care for, and get the most out of our system. I felt he took his time to do the job right and make sure we were truly happy with the service! I haven't experienced this level of customer services from a business in recent memory. My wife and I work full time, have a two year old son, and still felt compelled to call in to Meltons and leave this review to pass along our gratitude for Robert and Meltons. We are certainly long term customers now!

I would have given them a 5 but when I called they told me that they charge 159 dollars just to come out and take a look at the furnace. That being said, they were up front about it, it was just mildly irritating to me. But anyway, my furnace was showing an error Code and it wasn't one of the couple of things I felt comfortable doing on my own. There was a meltons sticker on my furnace since they had installed it originally. They arrived when they said they would, were professional, helpful and friendly. In the end the cost was very fair. I would call them again.
