I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH LUXE SALON & LASH BAR! I worked with Shelby, who is so considerate of someone like me. I feel a lot of fear working with new people who are not familiar with thick / long hair, but the confidence of Shelby going right into it with me (I got a thinned out asymmetrical haircut) was so powerful, I felt at ease right away. Shelby checked in with me consistently throughout the haircutting session, and helped to support me achieve the hair style I was looking for, and was so encouraging and informative. Shelby is amazing! I had a last minute booking, she had a last minute cancellation - serendipity! If I lived in Portland I would drive down to see her. She uses a product line that smells like heaven, she is quick, and she is kind! Shelby is also someone who you can show a photo and she will make the photo happen! Very thankful for the stop today.
