I asked been a loyal customer of James Heating and Cooling for many years. In that time I have had great service and satisfaction and the staff is top rate. What doesn’t always get acknowledged is the outstanding work the office staff and in particular Jenne do to schedule needed meeting with the necessary individuals who work on my furnace and cooling systems. Jenne does and outstanding job and I feel lucky as a customer to be able to interact with her. Thanks James Heating for hiring such a wonderful lady.

James Heating System Replacement, Repair and System Maintenance Employees are tops in their fields in my opinion . No other company has serviced my home since I purchased it .. Office Secretary ,Scheduler let’s just say she’s fantastic… concerned , prompt during emergencies. I can’t sing there Praises loud enough how good they have been to me as a women who is soul caretaker of a Spouse with Alzheimer’s.

I am a new customer and very pleased with all aspects of my interactions with James Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician arrived on time and serviced air handler and heat pump. When finished he reported on condition of both units and was very knowledgeable and polite.
