The whole process ran smoothly. Then, once I completed my H1B, 3 year waiver, I asked her to help me file for a green card application through marriage. I highly recommend Hecht and Norman immigration! First, my consultation with Teuta Norman is one of the best investments I've done in a long while. A little bit of background here: I applied for EB-1 via another law firm. By virtue of my degree and field of specialization, I kept having job offers from DOD (aerospace and defense) and DOE (environment and energy sectors) clients. However, none of these companies would extend and offer to me because of the nature of their contractual agreements with their clients and the USCIS wouldn't approve my green card because it is employment based. It was a dilemma.
Based on this dilemma, I had a consultation with Teuta Norman. Teuta broke down the steps I needed to tow and two days later, I sent in my request for further evidence to the USCIS, and the USCIS never needed an additional interview! I got my green card approved! (Before Teuta, three other law firms I spoke with won't even consider my case!)
Again, I highly recommend Hecht and Norman LLP. Besides, I'm not based in Oregon so every communication was done via phone calls and Microsoft Teams.
