Where to begin! If you want responsive, whip smart, deep knowledge, and total advocacy Heather is your realtor. She represented me thru 4 offers as I wandered around Salem trying to find THE RIGHT HOUSE. Her deal making was a co-created experience with her expertise and my desires nailing offers accepted. Heather helped more than I could imagine.
I was on the brink of foreclosure, even though I tried to sell previously through a different broker that turned into a huge issue for one reason or another, when Heather called me. She made the process so easy and explained everything that I didn't understand along the way, which was alot.
If I decide to buy another house in the future I will definitely go through her and will recommend her and Home Smart to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house.
