Worst hair place ever i asked the girl if she is good with curles and she shook her arms and was like i dont know . Then she took my daughter but then i had my son signed up for a appoitment and no one wanted him adam is like im not doing it if he doesnt sit still lets give it two minutes if he moves i am not doing it ....... they were really rude NEVER COMING BACK !!!!!!!!! GOOD RIDDINS

I had a great experience here. The prices were very reasonable and Kelli was very friendly and did an excellent job with my haircut. I will definitely be coming back here.

Disappointed in my first experience here. I called ahead of time and told the lady on the phone I wanted to go blonde. I was upfront and honest and told her i currently have red hair, which of course means it will take a while. The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me that was not a problem and they had time for me the next day. I was so excited to get my hair done today and got a call a few hours before asking me if I cared if another stylist did my hair- I told him I don’t mind as long as that stylist feels confident with blonding. He said yes and see you then. I get to my appointment and they say “highlights right?” I say no that I want all over blonde and showed a photo. Both the stylists looked concerned and basically she said she can’t do that today or it will turn out orange. I’m aware it can turn orange and that’s why I specifically asked when I scheduled my appointment if they are sure they can get me from red to blonde because I know it may need more than just one dose of bleach. I was honest and said I was very disappointed because I told them my hair was red so why wouldn’t they say this on the phone when I called? Then she offered to do highlights instead (on my red hair?). I wanted to go here because of the good reviews but I found this unprofessional to say the least. If a client is up front and honest with you about the current state of their hair then the least a business can do is reciprocate that and not make false promises. Waste of my time and gas coming here.

I'm new to Salem and when I looked online Hair Lovely Salon had many great ratings especially for Jennifer. I made an appointment and went in today for a hairstyle and Jennifer did a great job! I showed her a picture and she did exactly what was on the picture, I am very happy with the cut. Jennifer also gave me some great suggestions on how to keep my hair healthy. I am very satisfied with today's visit!

To their credit they got me in last minute and my color was good. My hair cut/trim wasn't the best and the station I was at wasn't very clean. They were nice though.

Not recommended for anything more than a basic cut. I took my daughter in for a color treatment and the stylist Adam agreed to the request. After two hours and a bleach treatment he said he was out of time and asked us to come back the next day to finish her hair. We got home and she still had bleach residue on her scalp. Our appointment was from 11-12:30 the next day, he showed up at 12:15 and just said sorry. I texted the manager Jennie who then got mad at the stylist for giving her number out and never texted me back. $352 for a service and all we got was damaged orange hair. I wish he had just said he wouldn't do her hair in the first place.
