I wish I could give Ken 10 stars, he is a steal of a deal, he went through every nook and cranny of the house, gave me phenomenal ideas on how to work with/fix problems. Ken is a genuine, great guy. I will be using Mr Ken Wells services for every house I buy in my lifetime

The inspection report was detailed and comprehensive, and both the Radon testing and sewer scope results were delivered promptly. Great customer service and very responsive throughout the process.
