I scheduled an appointment with Ugly Duckling for a roof inspection to check the quality of workmanship on a new roof i just had installed. The inspector was knowledgeable and very thorough. He answered the questions I had and thoroughly explained his findings.
I would highly recommend Ugly Duckling for your home inspection. They are knowledgeable and thorough, and Kurvin went out of his way to help me understand various issues with a house I bought. Excellent people to work with!
I have seldom enjoyed a home inspection, but these two people were a delight to work with. Their explanations were clear and their enthusiasm was infectious. They let me know exactly what I'm up against and what I shouldn't worry so much about.
