The check in option is great. I hate making appointments yet also do not like waiting on site. Check in to arrive precisely when it's your turn in the chair. While I've only been here three times, they've cut it right.

The Great Clips on Center and Lancaster are life savers.I went in right before closing with a chunk of hair missing. I had to cut some gum or something out of it.I didn't have much money but was able to download a coupon than I wasn't sure would work.Let me just say that the two women working that day were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and didn't complain that I was keeping them over after work.I had a pic of what I thought would work for my hair and the hairdresser nailed it.She was fast and very good at what she does.They made my coupon work and I was out of there in 15 minutes.Thank you ladies. I will recommend your shop to everyone.

Made an online appointment with an 83 minute wait and went shopping. Upon arrival in 73 minutes there were 7 people before me. Sunday is not a good day for an appointment even if you book online. So I went back to shopping.
