I went in to get my glasses prescription filled. Walked in, got the absolute sweetest obstetrician ever. She explained everything to me before looking for frames. I new my $$ out of pocket expense plus what my insurance would cover. I was absolutely more than pleased with the service. The overall staff was so polite and friendly Nice office and clean. They were going that extra mile for me. I will return. I have sent my spouse plus told my friends and family. This is our eye clinic for sure. Thank you Salem Eye Clinic for being the best experience ever.

Nice clinic, great selection. Pretty expensive. Most of the staff is friendly, but one staff person has been consistently unpleasant and outright rude. If you can, avoid a “Hayley” at all cost. When I was pregnant with my daughter, but still too early to test, she asked if I could be pregnant (due to a test they wanted to perform). I told her “I could be but I don’t know yet. It’s too early.” Haley argued with me for a minute about why I don’t know and “either you’re pregnant or not which is it?!” Haley gives incorrect insurance information. I love this incredible Eye Center. AWESOME DR, AWESOME STAFF, AHH-MAZING SELECTION OF GLASSES! 5 stars isn't enough. These guys raise the bar of care/concern and cleanliness. Thank you Eyecare Center of Salem. From start to finish you guys were wonderful and kind. I'm praising God for my new eye Dr.!
