Melia at the laundry Mat we came to today was extremely helpful. We had not been to a laundry Mat in years. Everything was clean and new but a bit confusing at first. Melia helped us thru all our hurdles and ansered all of our questions. It was nice to have very positive customer care. It made our experience all together great!!!

Jamie was so kind and patient to help me. I selected the wrong setting for my delicate rug and Jamie was persistent and thoughtful to solve the problem. It took several minutes but Jamie never gave up. I appreciate all your kindness and help!
