Tony installed our Springwell whole house water filter 3 years ago and did a phenomenal job! He was extremely professional and answered every question I had. He was very careful to ensure that it was installed exactly as directed so as not to void any of the warranties. Three years, later, we decided to replace the pre/post filter canister housing with a newer model and called Tony. He actually remembered installing our system and all the details about it -- truly amazing! He did a wonderful job replacing the canister and again answered all my questions and provided a helpful tutorial on changing the filter in the new canister. I highly recommend Einstein’s. They came out to our rental to replace the hot water heater. Jared was very nice and professional. One of the supply lines started leaking a few days after the install. I called Tony and informed him, he immediately send Jared back out to resolve the issue. That’s customer service at its finest!! I cannot recommend Tony, and his crew enough!
I highly recommend this business! I had a pipe burst during the ice storm. Due to inclement weather most businesses were already closed for the day or so backed up it would take days for them to fit me in their schedule. Thankfully, Tony returned my call - he fit me in the next day and had no problem working with my Home Warranty company. Price for repairs was fair and reasonable. What a life saver!
