my acupuncturist Dianne, was great, but the office and particularly the billing department and owner, Wendy, are not organized or honest. They don't stay on top of billing. They told me one of the massage therapists was in network when they weren't. If you go there, double check every bill you get and ask for them regularly so you don't get slammed with unknown charges at the end of the year.

That's not the issue you meaning YOU have to be up front with whether or not someone is out of network and just tell the truth and also be up front with what someone owes ...never the less SHE persisted even though she wasnt the sharpest knife in the drawer

Start by saying the providers are great. They deserve a 5 star rating. I’ll miss Bryan. Lissy is amazing all around and has great customer service.
That being said, the front desk people and billing are headache to deal with. Seems like revolving door up front. If only their administrative staff was as good as their providers. Also, it’s impossible to get anyone to answer a phone call lately. No one ever picks up the phone!
