“We hired Elegant Enterprises after years of searching for a contractor with the knowledge and expertise to handle our project. The work involved re-siding, stucco, a rooftop deck, parapet walls, a wood deck, French doors, exterior doors, remediation of water damage and rot, and ultimately the replacement of two structural beams.
For many contractors, the work was either too complex to take on or, despite its complexity, not interesting enough to pursue. Elegant Enterprises, however, treated it with the same level of care and importance that we did.
Ruben and Vasiliy were direct, positive, and professional throughout. They approached every challenge with a focus on practical, effective solutions. Just as importantly, they are committed to doing things the right way, not simply the easiest way, because they understand that quality workmanship protects and preserves the value of your home. They believe in work that lasts.
They kept the project moving forward and were able to address obstacles and unexpected issues as they arose. In fact, they helped save the project at its outset after another, unrelated contractor made significant mistakes.
We came to trust both them and the skilled professionals they brought to the work site. They hold everyone representing their company to a high standard. They remained actively involved throughout the project, overseeing progress and inspecting work as it was completed. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reliable from start to finish.
We look forward to working with Elegant Enterprises again in the future and recommend them to others.”
