I was so happy to get in last minute! I’ve been waxed a four times here and all of my experiences have been positive. I had the opportunity to be with Kassy today. She was wonderful! Very easy going and made the appointment comfortable. I had the opportunity to be in a training appointment today and it didn’t feel any different than any of the other appointments I’ve had. I appreciate their communication and thoroughness throughout the waxing.

Mattie is so amazing!!! I had never gotten a wax before but we're heading to Hawaii this weekend so I went full-on and got a Brazillian and my underarms done. I was SO nervous when I came in, like visibly shaking and a knot in my stomach. Mattie was instantly so comforting and just so fun and silly to talk to throughout it all! She calmed all my nerves and we ended up just giggling about nonsense the whole time. Such a positive experience, especially for my first waxing, and I don't think I'll be going to anyone else from now on either! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!
