They were great. I was worried because my little dog Josie had never had a professional groom before and I didn't know how she would act. She hates getting wet, and getting a trim. She's docile and takes it for me, I wasn't sure what she'd do with someone else. She was pretty good. They took good care of her and were kind to her.
Took our little doxie JoJo for the first time today and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! We already set up an appointment for her next visit. Loved that all the dogs there look relaxed and happy! Not like walking past the ones at the big pet stores!
Literally the best grooming in Salem. they are so so incredible kind and make you feel like family. Plus our sweet Henry always looks absolutely perfect, and is always happy before and after! Our dog is a big a baby and they never seem annoyed! I absolutely love it here, and won’t go anywhere else!!
