Second visit and I walked in and was checked in before I got to the desk. They knew me. My name. They are so great. I know that they went way far and above for me. They made me feel human. I have hope that I will be getting my smile back soon.
At first I was a bit worried to go to this dentist because of some of the reviews but so far I've only had a good experience. They are always able to get me in fast and are very welcoming. I feel confident recommending this place to freinds and family.
My insurance company told me the only dentist that I could go to was gentle dental. I waited two years to get into an appointment with them. I was five minutes late, even calling and letting them know I would be five minutes late. I got there and they would not accept me. They said they would have another appointment for me six months down the line, I told them no thank you. So I called my insurance company told them that I had a major issue With What I just experienced. They gave me a List of Dentist I could call.
