Honestly, back in 2021 I think I came to this office had my first exam and left feeling like I was treated bad, now in 2026 my exam went great but their customer service in the office feels like the staff does not want to be there. They called me today and I barely miss their call like I answer as she hung up, I call back instantly and after 30 seconds of her telling me she does not know why or who called she just hung up on me, I called back and asked if the call was disconnected and she said she thought we were done with the conversation? Im honestly scared to come get dental work done after this and seeing the Google reviews/rating
I had such a positive experience at Arrow Dental. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and everyone was so kind, compassionate, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and cared for, which really helped ease my anxiety. The staff took the time to listen, answered my questions, and treated me with genuine kindness. Had a very bad experience at gental dental. Decided to try here and was extremely nervous coming in. Everyone was very welcoming and very professional. Took all my fears away and can't praise them enough!!! Thankyou staff at arrow dental for giving me peace again!!
