About Beauty Nails
Beauty Nails is a popular spot for nail services, but recent experiences have been mixed. While some customers have reported great results in the past, others have encountered issues with language barriers and sloppy work. The salon prefers appointments and offers basic manicures and pedicures, but some customers feel that the quality of service does not match the price. Some have reported uncomfortable chairs, rushed services, and poor polish application. However, others have had positive experiences with manicures. Overall, Beauty Nails seems to be a hit-or-miss destination, with some customers leaving feeling pampered and others feeling disappointed.
This is my favorite nail place in town. I usually get great results from here. Today... not so much. I was very clear about the services I wanted: toes, hands and eyebrow wax. I said it a couple times to a few different people. My beautiful missed it somehow, and I think that was because of the language barrier. Several times she had to get another employee to translate that the color I picked out myself by hand was the one I wanted, or that the picture I showed her of desired nail shape was in fact the shape I wanted. In the end, the paint and shape of my nails was sloppy (see pics).Normally this is the best spot. Today was not a great day for them.
It is okay. They prefer appointments. For $95 I expect everything from hot stones to wax and scrub. I got the basic manicure and pedicure with none of the perks. They did a good job, but next time I will request full quality features.
I was not overly impressed with the pedicure I got here. The chair was uncomfortable, the water was too hot at first, and my nail technician carried on a nonstop conversation in Laos the entire time he was doing my feet. I’m not bilingual so I didn’t know what he was saying and felt as if he rushed through my pedicure. My feet still had areas that needed buffing and the polish wasn’t applied well. For the price I paid, I expect to feel pampered and I definitely did not leave with that feeling. Nor with a good quality of work done. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a pedicure. I have had a manicure done here once and was very happy with that.
