Advantage was able to come out same day for a service call on our furnace. Diagnosed the problem and showed us how to fix and maintain it so the issue doesn't happen again. They were running a special on the pricing for a service call so that was definitely helpful right before Christmas. Now we have a working furnace and better knowledge on how to better maintain our furnace from now on. Thank you Jacob!
Last week we were having issues with our HVAC and I called to make an appointment. Appointments were 3 days out but Jasmine called me each day, trying to get someone earlier- such great customer service!! When Jason the technician arrived he was right on time, kind, professional and fixed the issue same day!! Thank you!!
The worker was very polite, immediately went under the house and found the trouble and wrapped up the tubing. I was a little concerned because I heard what could have been a mouse chewing right after he left. I hope it was trying to get into the vent rather than out of it! ?
