Patty helped my husband and I at the vision center today. She went above and beyond to assist us, including calls to the insurance to get clarification on coverage. We felt badly that it took so long. She performed excellent customer service skills!! Thanks again Patty.

Chelsea did a great job helping me out getting me two pairs of glasses! The prescription sunglasses came in 2 days!!!! They went above and beyond in assisting me with the correct measurements and working with my insurance, I am so happy with my pairs of glasses as I had shopped around numerous places and they did not have the design I wanted but they did!

Lisa was amazing at helping me pick out the proper lenses for my work glasses. Finally a set of lenses that won’t need to be replaced in 3 months!!! I love them so much that I haven’t even used the everyday glasses I bought at the same time. She was fabulous and really listened to me. Sorry Lisa for taking so long (months) to do my survey. Life has been busy and my new glasses have made life easier. Thank you ? I honestly still can’t believe my lenses are scratch free ?
