Mike Davis was a huge disappointment. He did not deliver what was promised, he used framers to do drywall work. The only time he visited the site was when there was a major problem and we had a lot of them. Mike Davis left workers on site unqualified to do the work and there was no decision maker. They did not stay on site to finish work as promised and were always behind schedule. After they demolished an area to renovate they left for six weeks, because of Insurance Projects where they could make more money. My experience with TMT and owner Mike Davis has been so disappointing. I sold Mike window two years ago. The transaction was over 5000 dollars. Mike has made little effort to pay for his materials. I have tried to be helpful with payment plans which he started then disappeared. I offered him trade for some work at my house which he started then disappeared. Mike is shockingly unprofessional and the contractor I have worked with in the last 12 years who won't pay me. Mike has no integrity, he is extremely childish, and seems to think you don't have to pay your vendors. I am sorry I every worked with him. Be careful.
