I was unsatisfied with the quality. They had a young person with a power washer at the beginning of the wash to get the rear of the vehicle, which I thought was nice, but the employee did a very haphazard job. I spoke to an employee and showed them how dirty my vehicle still was and he just gave excuses and didn’t offer to try and remedy the situation.

Only reason it’s getting two is because the girl at the front was super sweet and I get it’s not her fault, but my car was still dirty after going through the first time, so she said she could send me in another time to see if that helped. After coming out the second time it was still really dirty. Paying $22.00 dollars for a wash and it didn’t work 2 times isn’t cool, and they also don’t give refunds. Which I’m guessing this is why.

Is it the best? No. Are there still dry dirty spots on my car? Yes… Could my kids do better in my driveway? Yes. But is it quick and convenient? Yes, yes it is. And I love the free vacuum’s too. Gets all the crackers and sand and grass and rocks.
