We live, and run a small business, in Christmas Valley and have used Superior Service for both our business and private residence HVAC needs. Kip is always amazing and the service is second to none! Not only do they respond quickly, especially given our remote location, but they do the job right and stand by their work. This is the most amazing company to work with ever!I never in my life have I met more honest good willed people! We moved into an older home where it is heated by a heat pump and furnace. We had a very popular local company come out and inspect and service the units before moving in. The company informed us that the system was old and would need to be replaced and would cost tens of thousands of dollars. We couldn't afford it and figured we would make due. Also at the time of there visit the wired in a new Nest thermostat but the technician seemed to have issues and didn't know what he was doing. He eventually figured it out and said we were good!
