If I could give 10 stars I would! Jason drove over from Bend to Burns the day I needed him as I had no heat. He is super friendly, informative, and overall a great person. I would highly recommend this place for all your HVAC needs.

Great service! Our heat went out on a Thursday night and they were able to stop by Friday before a very cold weekend and fix the furnace. They were very helpful and responsive and had the part in stock.

Kudos to this company. As soon as it got hot no AC. Called in panic and Terry was understanding and patient. Scheduled Josh for the next day. Josh diagnosed problems and solved them. Am so grateful for their efficiency and professionalism.

Professional Heating was opened in 2004 by owners Jason and Jonell Curtis. We have steadily grown to what we think is the perfect size company. We have 14 full time employees. Small enough to maintain a family owned atmosphere as well maintaining control of our customer service and employee training. At the same time, we are large enough to run separate departments for new construction, retro-fit, and service. That allows us to offer 24/7 customer support and handle any size HVAC project that comes our way.
