Nick with Hayden Homes was a joy to work with. Every question we had he answered succinctly and quickly. Our Hayden Home had several issues that needed taken care of and Nick went the extra mile on all of them. Much appreciated and would absolutely work with this outfit again!
I’m a first-time homebuyer and builder. I have family members that have built multiple times and always came in over budget. I was delightfully under budget! I was able to get a brand-new home with everything I wanted. I don’t think you can get any better than that. I would highly recommend the turnkey option, as that smoothed the way significantly. The beginning stages would have been a lot more confusing without assistance. From start to finish, my experience was surprisingly easy, and wonderfully gratifying. I recommend Simplicity to anyone who asks me about my house.
My home was completed in June of 2023 and back to post a review as to how much I absolutely love my home! They made the process so easy for me; highly recommend turn-key option! I cannot wait for them to build my ADU!! (Bought the Umatilla Floor plan and reversed it)
