1st day of a big repair of water damage to my house and Eric and Zach did an awesome job on the demolition. They were polite and curteous, cleaned up after they were done for the day and explained everything to me step by step. If the rest of this job goes this way, I will highly recommend Pioneer Restoration for home repairs.
Update... 2 years later we pulled up the carpet to replace floors. They left swollen plywood and pieced in a piece of particle board that is too small for the hole so there are gaps going clear thru the subfloor, can see the dirt under the house. Floor is uneven due to swollen plywood. Definitely not what I expected to find... read full review
