It's an amazing feeling when both of my boys get excited once we turn on the road DPL is on, when we pull in you would think I had 2 kids in the car and pulled up to Disneyland. Such an amazing feeling.
Recently moved to oregon and have never boarded any of my furbabies as I always had family/friends stay with them. Being new to oregon I had to finally put that trust into someone for the care of my boys... I'm so thankful I chose Deschutes pet lodge and gave it a chance. My furbabies are so well taken care of. Deschutes team goes above and beyond. My furbabies can't get out of the car fast enough whenever we arrive.
Clean, well staffed, very professional pet care business. My experience has been wonderful each time I have used this service for my young dog. The business has been around for many years and I have just begun using them. The front office is fully staffed and all my questions are answered quickly, either in person or through email. I appreciate the genuine compassion and love they give to my dog. The choices of care are abundant so each animals needs can be satisfied. My dog is happy going there. I will definitely continue using this facility because I trust it.

Very nice, new, well maintained facility. Staff is friendly and very good with pets. Prices are fair. Our dog looks happy both when he is going there an when we pick him up. Dings: the pickup and drop off hours have a couple of quirks and they have some charges like a late checkout fee that are not very user friendly. Overall, a very good kennel experience.
