Deschutes Pet Lodge is an excellent dog boarding, grooming, and daycare facility. The staff are kind, sweet, and deeply caring, treating every dog with love and attention. They are also professional and accommodating, making it a good choice for dogs with special needs. The facility is well-maintained and clean, and communication with pet owners is excellent, with updates and pictures provided regularly. The staff are friendly and very good with pets, and the choices of care are abundant so each animal’s needs can be satisfied. The business has been around for many years, and the front office is fully staffed, answering questions quickly either in person or through email. The staff genuinely care about the pets and strive to make their stay happy and comfortable. Overall, Deschutes Pet Lodge offers a trustworthy and caring environment where dogs like Hazel and others can enjoy their stay.
Since the first day we have chosen to take our puppy Trudy to The Deshutes Pet Lodge, we have been very happy for the caring, love and assured safety she has received. The staff has been excellent from when we enter the front door to the time our pet is picked up to head on home. Trudy attends the play care at least three times a week. Wow does she sleep good at might after attending. She has stayed in the suite for overnight visits and we have been very happy when picking her up The instructions we have given to the staff sand owner have always been followed. They have hired good hard working staff and it is quite notable. So if you need a place for your pet to play or stay while you are going out of town, I would high recommend The Deshuttes Pet Lodge. I left my 12 1/2 year old pug there for three nights, and he was VERY well taken care of! He loved the staff and was very happy! I had him groomed there, too, and they did a beautiful job! He looks 5 years younger! I would DEFINITELY recommend this for your pets!!
Shout out to Deschutes Pet Lodge for being a place I can trust to take care of my high maintenance 🐺 🐶’s!! It takes time for Zaeli to warm up and they take their time and always assure me they are in good hands. Zaeli doesn’t like her collar touched, eats a raw diet, only trusts women - & they do such a great job with her. 10 stars ⭐️ Really appreciate their staff!
