I am in The Bend area splitting time between Colorado and Oregon and this place is incredible. They took fantastic care my needy border collie/husky mix and made sure he was comfortable. He burned all sorts of energy throughout his boarding. I’m so grateful he had a great time. Would def use this place again when I’m back in town (daycare and boarding). Thanks!
Unfortunately, our dog sitter fell through at the last minute, but luckily happy tales was able to accommodate our dog so we wouldn’t have to cancel our vacation. This was our first time leaving our dog with a pet resort and we couldn’t have had a better experience. When we picked her up, she was happy to see us, but you could tell that she was well taken care of. They allowed us to bring in any comfort items for her like blankets, bones, treats, etc. they took good notes on everything on how we give her treats how we feed her. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to board your dog.
Happy Tales is great! My dog Gunner goes here! He is normally pretty shy and is just use to being around me. The staff made him feel comfortable and welcomed! I signed up for the daily Happy Text, they sent me great photos and an updates on how he was doing! Best in town! Kelly groomed him and she did amazing! We will be back!!
