I dropped in for a WOD, and the only thing stronger than the athletes at this box is its programming. The only thing stronger than the programming was the coach's acumen. This functional space reflects the constantly varied movements of the discipline. If you're looking to challenge yourself and walk away as a better Fitter, this is definitely the place to check out!

I have only been doing CrossFit for 6 months. I did four drop-in sessions and was treated like family! Coach Chris and Coach Cody were absolutely awesome to work with! I was even lucky enough to have a one-on-one session with Coach Cody on Thursday (apparently this is a popular rest day)? Being new and having some mobility issues did not create any problems. Everyone was extremely nice and if I ever get a chance to work in this area again, I will look forward to dropping in again! I purchased a week pass on my first visit! The facility is awesome and very easy to find. Thank you so much for an amazing week!
