    This is an excellent gym. I'm older and very out of shape and I don't feel out of place or shamed. I don't feel pushed to do too much, but I do feel encouraged to keep working and getting better. There's no young things shaking things for a camera or crazy jacked people tossing weights around, just people in all stages trying to get better. The owners are amazing, helping, encouraging and caring. The equipment is in good shape and is easy to use. There's not rows of duplicate machines jammed together. The classes are for weight training & HIIT training. I would not be exercising if I wasn't a member at this gym. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    I have been going to Garage Fitness for over a year and a half and honestly I don’t know how I could ever go to a different gym! It’s truly a great community of people who want to not only make fitness fun, but manageable within their lifestyle. Matt and Michelle really treat everyone like family. The workouts, the access, the facility, really make it hard to NOT reach your goals. Results in overall cardio, strength and just knowledge of what to do in a gym are amazing. If you’re tired of crowded gyms, not seeing results, or feel like you’re by yourself if your workout journey - come to Garage Fitness!

    I have tried several other gyms in Redmond and garage fitness is where I've stayed and gotten the best results. I have gained muscle and lost 40lbs over the last year working out at garage fitness 3-4 days per week. The workouts are challenging but can be scaled to all ability levels, they are sustainable (not injury inducing) and a perfect balance between strength building and HIIT/cardio style depending on the days you go. I like this gym because you know what to expect but the workouts are always fresh and new. The people are all down to earth and kind.
