Colin Lynch carefully explained how to work my new heating and cooling system so I am ready for winter and summer. He was very knowledgeable about my system and provided me with the confidence I need to have to operate my system effectively.

I called this company for a tune-up on my electric furnace, which is seldom used because my primary source of heat is a wood stove. I was very pleased with the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism of Jeremy, the technician who came. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. Even though the furnace is 30 years old and not operating at peak efficiency, he assured me it was working fine for my needs and did not recommendan expensive motor replacement or system upgrade. I highly recommend this company.
