Todd was the first on my list and answered on the first ring - I didn't even call anyone else. From the very beginning the customer service and attention to detail has been impeccable. We started this project in November of 2025 and it was just completed. The communication, skill, and knowledge of Todd and his team are second to none. The price was fair and the job is completed quickly.

I've worked with several excavation companies and learned this is something hard to find someone you can fully trust that if the job carried out the wrong way it will cost you even more to fix it. That's totally not the case for Baseline. They really take ownership and pay attention to important details. Like grade away from the house to prevent flood, put top soil on top, and take extra care when handling the underground gas, pipes and tanks. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
