James did amazing and I highly recommend using ASAP Carpet Cleaning! I just moved into the area and had no idea what carpet cleaners to go with. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace the carpets in this house because they were so crunched down, dirty, had pet stains, etc. By the time James was done, it looked like brand new carpet! He got them all cleaned up to looking and feeling brand new and even got the pet stains out! 10/10 recommend!
James, what can I say. Man of legend maybe. He can by when I couldn’t be at home, and my wife and child were there alone. I’m not a big fan of doing business that way, I prefer to be home. Needles to say he was great. Did an awesome job on my carpets treated with lady with great respect and gave her some very professional suggestions. Trusted him over the phone and now won’t trust anyone else. Great price great service. The man is a legend, don’t hire anybody else if you want prompt and absolute service.
