Jake with Central Oregon Water Heaters was very professional, communicative, and listened to our issues. Jake demonstrated what he repaired and provided proof of the repairs to the water heater. Jake found other potential serious issues with the plumbing that saved us future problems and saved my family money. Jake stated to call anytime if we have any other issues and called the next day to follow up. Amazing service!

Jake was great! Showed up on time, & fixed the leak on the outlet of my water heater. Great communication & reasonable charge. Fellow U.S. Navy veteran & our dog Bugg even liked him. Highly recommend.

Jake showed up just like he said he would. He gave me a price and that was what was billed. He was friendly and nice and obviously knows his stuff and completed everything quickly. Everything working great and he even fixed a couple minor things for free. EXCELLENT.
