He came and answered every question, educated me about the process and expectations, and it was crystal clear that he wanted a happy client; I immediately knew I wanted to hire him. My job was a basic job for him (he can do far more elaborate projects than mine), but I still felt like I was a million dollar client to him. And speaking of money, I was not price shopping, I was quality shopping. However, I later learned that his pricing was well below what others were asking, which after getting to know him did not surprise me. I would recommend Alan without reservation, you won't do better.

Had a great experience working with Alan on refinishing our basement floor. It’s a 1940s house. Old concrete slab that had carpet on it for almost 20 years. Alan really is your concrete guy, he came, gave us good advice on what to do and a fair quote and took care of everything. Removing the carpet sanding and patching and the paint itself with a really beautiful result. He is pretty much a one man shop and works very methodically and quietly. We barely felt his presence and a week later had a beautiful floor. Highly recommend.

We had Alan come out over Christmas to work on the concrete floor in our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! I reached out to 5-6 contractors, and Alan was the only one who responded—thankfully, because he did an amazing job. Not only is the floor exactly what we wanted, but he was also fantastic to work with, accommodating our timeline and making the process stress-free. His professionalism and workmanship exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service!
