Yoga to You PDX is a locally and female-owned mobile yoga studio in Portland, Oregon, that brings yoga to homes, workplaces, events, and retreats in the Pacific Northwest. They also own the Alameda Yoga Studio in NE Portland, a small studio that caters to smaller groups, yoga workshops and trainings, and private events. Clients praise the studio's knowledgeable instructors, who provide tools to improve muscle balance, posture, and reduce back pain, as well as create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

I have been working with Lauren for over 3 years and she is amazing! Her depth of knowledge and skill are not only motivating but also make the postures safe and effective. She is always introducing me to new ideas and ways of seeing my body and what it can do. I am a woman in my 60s and very active in dragon boat paddling and I find this is the perfect combination to ensure I keep my flexibility and strength on into my older years. Lauren also has worked with me on the spiritual aspect of the yoga practice and this has been the perfect antidote to this crazy world we live in. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is either new to yoga and needs to start with the basics or someone who is already skilled and wants to build on that. Lauren runs her business with integrity and professionalism!
