Dale has been making me windows for the last 15 years or so. Such high quality work. Sometimes ordering can be a bit confusing, and my heart goes out to Dale each time I enter his office - I think he needs an administrative assistant! orders everywhere! - but the quality and affordability of the work are great. I've probably had him make about 50 windows of all kinds for me now, from storms and screens to tilt-pacs to double-hungs to casement windows and fixed sash windows. I also want to note that Dale has a really strong crew that works for him. One fellow came out (Billy) and worked with my carpenter to help us install the tilt-pacs as it was kind of confusing.... read full review
