We had cabinets installed by Wings about 13 years ago. Now, I fully understand that this is a long time but the quality has been terrible front day one. Several of the drawers never closed properly from day one. You can see in the pic how far away they are from being flush. We had them return several times and basically told nothing we can do. Now to the even worse part. We have a long kitchen which required 2 slabs of granite. The issue is that the seam is about 6 inches from the sink. Water has gotten in the seam and now the granite has a gap in the seam and can see in the pics that it’s no longer flush. This is poor workmanship from day one because the seam could have been installed 6 feet from the sink. Now we are remodeling again to get drawers that close and to prevent further damage to the countertop. Terrible quality and below terrible workmanship.

Please be carful using them. I got scammed for 8k via a email thread through them. It has been reported to police and FBI. They are aware and they could file this under there insurance so i could be made hole again. They wont do that until I prove it was on there end, so to get anything back i have already had to hire a security person and looks like i may need a lawyer.
As a partner in a constriction company I know there customer service is not high quality. Sometimes we fix mistakes that are not directly my companies fault.
I knew going in there customer service on fixing any cabinet's would be questionable to say the least as I have heard from a contactor and a homeowner who uses/used them they are hard to get to come back to fix any mistakes in the cabinets.
I would be highly skeptical about using them in any form now.

If i could give less then 1 star i would. 12k for cabinets and counter tops. Cabinet were screwed up. Counter tops were screwed up. I talked wongs up to the customers. Wongs made me look like an idiot.

Wong’s did great work They arrived on time, took counter-top measurements, went back to Wong’s, cut the quartz counter-tops, and returned to install. All on the same day! First rate work. I would highly recommend Wong’s.

I needed an affordable remnant for our outdoor kitchen at our recreational land. Staff brought out a measuring tape and we went through their scratch and dent slabs until I found the best solution for our camp’s needs. They even explained how to transport it without cracking. Excellent customer service. I expressed concerns with chipping cabinets in a prior iteration of this review, and the reached out to me nearly immediately to correct. The issues were with the manufacturer of the cabinets, not Wong’s who did the install. They have committed to rectifying it still, and have been extremely pleasant through the process.
