Colton and the team at Vortex Doors are fantastic! We had two issues with our main front entrance, which needs to remain secure 24/7, 365. The door wasn’t latching securely on its own and would intermittently unlock itself.
We emailed Lindsey around 7 a.m., and she was wonderfully responsive, understanding, and quick to recognize the urgency of the situation. Colton arrived and had both issues fixed before noon!
We have many doors at our facility, and John and Braiden helped us with a previous service call. They were excellent as well.

Colton was on time and quick to resolve our door frame issue. He even took time to show me how to fix it the issue in the future. Im always trying to learn new fixes so I really appreciated him going that extra to help out.
