I had the pleasure of witnessing a true act of professionalism and kindness while a worker named Dylan was fixing the doors at my bank. A few older men came through and they had all sorts of questions and comments on the work he was doing. Dylan politely answered their concerns and he kept trucking along while they stood by to make sure he got the job done correctly. A true professional kindly handling the generation that so many people disregard.
We had Vortex out to repair two comercial roll-up doors today. Terence and Colton arrived on time and ready to address our needs. The team was so friendly and courteous. They got to work quickly as they identified the cause of the problem we were having with the first door and made the needed repairs with skill and care. Once they were done with the first repair they moved on to the second problem door. This team wasted no time in finding out what was wrong and then fixed the problem perfectly. We are so appreciative of the awsome service we received. We look forward to many more visits in the future.
Dylan B was excellent. He was serving a neighboring business’ door and I asked him, if, when he was done, he could inspect our two doors as well.
He did and one of our doors is fine and the other one needed some servicing.
