I love getting waxed there. My experience was odd due to the fact that there was a last minute change due to absence. I was given an appointment for my original time plus was scheduled for a bikini wax the next day, which was weird. I had to ask for the door code 3 times - it showed up 45 minutes after the start (and after the end) of my appointment. Waxing service - great! Rescheduling folks - what the what?

Urban Waxx is so accommodating, I was too late to my appointment at the NW location, but they were able to schedule me in at the Division location within the same hour! And let me tell you, my Esthetician, Esther, was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, and was so quick and efficient. I will always recommend this place.
