I had a miscommunication about when two, new dresses could be steamed or pressed and expected them to be ready prior to special events I had to attend, but when I called to confirm they were ready at the appointed time, I was told they would not be ready for 72 more hours, which was past the events I had to attend. I was given the option to retrieve them unpressed at another location where the processes are done, so I rushed there before closing. I was upset, but then relieved and impressed that the owner was at the location when I arrived and promised the dresses would be ready the next day by 12:30. Absolutely the best dry cleaners in Portland! The staff is wonderful… as is the owner! And on the rare occasion there is an issue, they will make it right! If you love your clothes, there really is one place in this town who will care for them the way that Bee Cleaners dies!

I’ve been in several times now both for cleaning and tailoring/alterations. The work is done well, in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. What makes this a 5 star review is the customer service. Everyone I’ve dealt with, especially Amberly, has been an absolute delight.
